Molasses and Vinasses analyses.

As from 1999 Eemslab has started analysing Molasses, Vinasses as well as Syrup. This has already being done for the most leading companies in the Molasses trade, and therefore we have bought for the lab excellent apparatus with the most accuracy.

  • Brix aerometric ICUMSA Method GS4-15
  • Sucrose double polarisation ICUMSA Method GS4/7-1
  • Total reducing sugar after hydrolyses, with Luff Schoorl        ICUMSA Method  GS4/3-9
